Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench) is the one of Thai vegetable major exports, and nearly 98 percent of fresh pod was exported to Japan. The objective of this research was to investigate factors affecting the success of the business by using modified Porter’s diamond model. Making use of a questionnaire with 33 samples of okra export companies obtained 86 variables could be explained the success of export revenue.
